PTC is seeking a continuous improvement engineer to implement and monitor long-term productivity initiatives. You will lead critical projects, mentor teams, and apply Six Sigma and Lean methods to achieve measurable improvements across plant processes.

The role requires collaboration with operations, development of yield improvement strategies, and training of staff in advanced problem-solving techniques to sustain gains over time.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Six Sigma Black Belt required.
• Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or mentor critical CI projects to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Apply Six Sigma and Lean tools to achieve project goals and sustain gains.
• Train and mentor employees in world-class problem-solving practices.
• Collaborate with operations to share best practices and drive yield improvements.
• Develop and coordinate programs to recognize improvements and rewards.
