You will drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role requires seven years of combined Sales and Project Management experience in related industries, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from concept to execution.
• Use improvement methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Establish objectives, metrics, and KPIs to monitor initiatives.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with managers, employees, suppliers, and stakeholders to align improvements.
