We are a rapidly expanding organization committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer (internally called Lean Master Engineer) to help us transform through structure, standardization, and Lean methodologies. Join us in fostering a culture where continuous improvement underpins all we do.

Salary Range: $81,000 - $110,000, based on experience

Travel: approximately 10-20% domestic travel to other manufacturing plants

Core Contributions

• Lead and implement Lean transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S audits, and Value Stream Mapping to identify waste and optimize processes.
• Mentor teams on Lean principles, tools, and techniques for sustainable adoption.
• Analyze operations to identify improvement opportunities using DMAIC, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Collaborate on strategic planning for continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams in process enhancements to boost operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure progress and drive improvements.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions for consistency.
• Assess Lean initiatives regularly to measure success and scalability.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and feedback.
• Partner with leadership to embed Lean into strategic planning and decision-making.

Essential Experiences

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher certification preferred
• 7+ years in Lean and Continuous Improvement roles, ideally in manufacturing or operations
• Expertise in Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, TPM
• Proven success in leading Lean transformations with measurable results
