Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our automotive client in Southern Kentucky. You will drive Lean initiatives, lead Kaizen events, and mentor cross-functional teams to improve throughput, quality, and cost.

Requires 2+ years in automotive manufacturing, experience with Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), and familiarity with tools such as Value Stream Mapping, SMED, 8D/Fishbone/5 Whys, APQP/PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and IATF 16949.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
