Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience training employees in productivity and safety.
• Experience in high volume, high mix, multi-shift environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production across units and shifts.
• Manage direct and indirect resources for high productivity.
