Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/organizational field or equivalent healthcare experience.
• 3 years of experience facilitating groups, leading projects, or improving operational effectiveness.
• Experience facilitating teams and cross‑functional improvement efforts with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using digital tools to support collaboration, workflow, communication, documentation, or knowledge sharing.
• Ability to facilitate group discussions and collaborative problem‑solving with diverse teams.
• Ability to create structure and momentum in ambiguous or complex situations.
• Ability to lead work through influence, fostering engagement and collaboration.
• Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and translate to actionable steps.
• Experience organizing work from concept to implementation with balance of structure and adaptability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to create engaging learning materials.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive situations professionally.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment with diverse perspectives.
