Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with service inquiries
  • Learn common requests and solutions
  • Improve customer experience
  • Utilize our service techniques and systems
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels

Candidates will be contacted via email and text as needed. Shifts are from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET. To be considered, complete a full application on our careers page, including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ years old

Conditions of Employment

Must be authorized to work in the country. Willing to undergo background/security checks and drug screening. Employment is contingent on these results.

Physical Requirements
