Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Southeast Michigan is expanding and seeks a passionate Contingent BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team in South Sterling Heights.

You will supervise ABA Technicians, design skill acquisition and behavior plans, and conduct ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK assessments. Participate in trainings; clinic-based work with no client home visits. Competitive pay with productivity bonuses.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification through BACB is required.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and mentoring clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert supervision to ABA Technicians and ensure quality client care.
• Develop individualized skill acquisition and behavior plans.
• Conduct initial assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK) and follow-ups.
• Document progress and participate in staff trainings and meetings.
