Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible healthcare, mental health services, and substance use disorder treatment to vulnerable populations in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Contingency Management Coordinator delivers, tracks, and supports CM services across outpatient, residential, and field settings, while working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• SUD certification in good standing with a California certifying agency.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the human services field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to and follow up with CM participants and staff.
• Determine and communicate CM eligibility.
• Coordinate with existing treatment providers.
• Provide CM education and training to staff and clients.
• Complete enrollment procedures and documentation for CM participants.
• Orient and guide CM participants.
• Coordinate with treatment staff for CM collaboration.
• Collect urine analysis samples and enter results into the database.
• Ensure clients are seen per program schedules with at least 72-hour separation.
• Deliver incentives and support incentive delivery.
• Meet regularly with CM participants to review progress and goals.
• Collaborate with clients to work toward rehabilitation goals.
• Seek clinical consultation in high-risk situations.
• Maintain communication with treatment teams and participate in care planning.
• Deliver services in outpatient, residential, or field settings as assigned.
• Meet expected service-hour performance requirements.
• Provide translation services as needed (if applicable).
