Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and family of programs, provides accessible healthcare, mental health care, and substance use treatment, including residential and outpatient services. North County Serenity House offers gender-responsive, trauma-informed care to up to 120 women.

The role supports intake, benefits coordination, case management, treatment planning, and collaboration with the clinical team. You may transport clients, complete UA tests, and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SUD counselor registration (CCAPP/CAADE/CADTP).
• Experience with diverse communities encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake and case management assessments.
• Connect clients to Medi-Cal and other benefits.
• Coordinate appointments and external services.
• Deliver services in outpatient, residential, or field settings.
• Complete progress notes within 72 hours; ensure compliance.
