SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon seeks a Contents & Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a division focused on contents pack-out, cleaning, textiles, storage, and warehouse functions. You will drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and staff development while overseeing operational activities and ensuring alignment with company goals.

The role requires managing both office-based work and field visits, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; higher degrees preferred.
• Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
• Industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Continuously pursue strategic and operational objectives.
• Oversee management of operational activities for contents & warehouse division.
• Maintain communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain QA protocols to ensure positive customer and client experiences.
• Lead staff development within the division and ensure regulatory compliance.
