Job summary

SERVPRO of Augusta seeks a Contents and Warehouse Operations Manager to lead contents pack-out, cleaning, textiles, storage, and warehouse activities, driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

The role oversees all operational activities, develops QA protocols, and mentors staff while ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and hands-on management are essential in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations.
• Minimum 3 years management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuously pursue strategic and operational objectives.
• Oversee the management of operational activities.
• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
• Manage staff development of the Contents & Warehouse division.
• Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
• Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with the Managing Director.
• Analyze the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.
• Maintain the development of leadership and management skills, as well as contents, textiles, and warehouse expertise.
• Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
