ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley in Austin, TX, seeks a Contents & Warehouse Operations Manager to lead contents pack-out, cleaning, textiles, storage, and the warehouse functions to drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and staff development. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Industry certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in business operations; minimum 3 years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Pursue strategic and operational objectives.
• Oversee management of operational activities.
• Maintain communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
• Manage staff development of the Contents & Warehouse division.
• Work with the Managing Director to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
• Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes with the Managing Director.
• Analyze the efficiency of existing processes to enhance internal capacity.
• Maintain leadership and warehouse expertise development.
