Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley seeks an Operations Support Manager to uphold location standards, culture, and compliance. You will supervise operations, coordinate safety and equipment, and manage inventory and vendor relations at the Austin market.

Join a team dedicated to quality service, safety, and efficient facility management while working with cross-functional teams and the Managing Director on standards adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of operations, warehouse, facility, or field supervision experience.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Basic math and budgeting skills.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field service industry preferred.
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Teams and Company operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility upkeep and presentation to company standards.
• Ensure vehicle and warehouse readiness at the location.
• Monitor inventory to prevent production shortfalls.
• Direct public visits and route to market resources.
• Coordinate with Shared Services for paperwork and inspections.
• Oversee daily WIP meeting via Teams with stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding and issue resolution routing.
• Manage local vendor orders and budget tracking.
