Job summary

Rainbow Restoration in Southeast Michigan is seeking a Production Team Leader for the Contents Pack Out and Restoration Team. You will supervise contents recovery, pack-out, and storage operations, coordinating with vendors and other divisions.

You will work to meet client needs, document scope with imaging tools, and mentor team members to ensure top-quality service in line with Rainbow Restoration’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating contents pack-out projects.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Customer service-focused with ability to manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contents recovery, pack-out, restoration and storage for water and fire damage emergencies.
• Collaborate with other production divisions, vendors, management, and clients to finalize restoration plans.
• Lead and train team members to ensure high-quality execution and adherence to Rainbow Restoration’s mission and values.
• Utilize industry software (e.g., Matterport 3-D imaging) to document scope and track progress.
