Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Production Team Leader for our Contents Pack Out and Restoration Team in Southeast Michigan. You will coordinate contents recovery, pack out, restoration, and storage for water and fire damage events, guiding a skilled team to deliver exceptional service.

You will collaborate with divisions, vendors, and clients, meeting safety and service targets while using tools like Matterport 3-D imaging and job management software.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage contents recovery, pack out, restoration and storage.
• Collaborate with other divisions and vendors to execute projects.
• Develop proficiency with Matterport 3-D imaging and job management software.
• Meet with clients and insurance adjusters to plan strategies for personal property handling.
• Ensure safety, quality, and profitability targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage contents restoration projects from start to finish.
• Work with clients, adjusters and contractors to define scope.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, logistics and paperwork.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
