SERVPRO is hiring a Contents Crew Chief for our Chantilly Office. This front-line role coordinates, monitors, and performs work on restoration projects to ensure a positive customer experience and high-quality outcomes.

The position requires a valid driver's license, at least 1 year of restoration experience, and is eligible for a robust benefits package including health, vision, dental, and 401(k) matching. IICRC certification is a plus but not required.

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled with quality control.
• Manage customer experience and overall satisfaction through project lifecycle.
• Supervise contents technicians and communicate clear expectations.
• Document detailed job files to support services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on projects.
• Coordinate with project manager and office staff on progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and protect assets.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Contents Crew Chief demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction through the project process.
• Communicate clear expectations to content technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with contents project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Additional Responsibilities

• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in restoration, preferably contents cleaning
• IICRC certification a plus, not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Compensation

The salary range listed reflects the total target annual compensation for this position, which includes both base salary and commission opportunities. Individual earnings will vary based on performance, commission achievement, and other applicable factors.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
