SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a Contents Project Manager for our Chesterfield franchise to plan and execute pack outs, moves and cleaning projects, ensuring high-quality service and clear client communication. You will oversee schedules, budgets and team activities while delivering compassionate support to clients during fire and water incidents.

Qualifications

• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in restoration and/or cleaning preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
• Valid Driver’s license with clean history

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate pack outs, moves and cleaning projects for customers’ belongings.
• Provide estimates and sell contents jobs.
• Educate customers on the job process.
• Maintain communications with customers, clients, subcontractors and crew.
• Create project schedules and budgets.
• Manage multiple jobs concurrently.
• Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers.

Job Description:

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat, cold, or environments that require personal protective equipment

Compensation

The salary range listed reflects the total target annual compensation for this position, which includes both base salary and commission opportunities. Individual earnings will vary based on performance, commission achievement, and other applicable factors.
