Key responsibilities

• Write and edit technical blogs, solution explainers, tutorials, and product pages.
• Convert complex orchestration and AI topics into clear and actionable narratives.
• Partner with engineering and product teams for technical accuracy and depth.
• Create content for campaign support, sales enablement, and customer education.
• Maintain editorial standards, publishing calendars, and consistent brand voice.
• Apply SEO best practices while preserving clarity, trust, and usefulness.

What we're looking for

• Strong writing and editing track record, ideally in SaaS, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to multiple audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering stakeholders.
