Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories seeks a Content and Thought Leadership Manager to translate brand authority into a scalable content engine. You will own the editorial calendar, lead a thought-leadership pipeline, and govern content across channels to maximize impact and align with commercial objectives.

Collaborating with business leaders, subject matter experts, and marketing stakeholders, you will ensure high-quality content strengthens brand credibility and supports patient-focused outcomes in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of content, communications, or marketing experience.
• Experience building and managing a content or thought-leadership pipeline.
• Experience operating in a highly regulated industry preferred.
• Strong writer and editor, comfortable producing content directly.
• Experience building relationships with KOLs or subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Own the editorial calendar across all content and thought-leadership channels.
• Build and manage the thought-leadership content pipeline.
• Write and produce content directly and manage external resources.
• Build and own relationships with commercial KOLs and partnerships.
• Consult on social media's place within the broader editorial calendar.
• Partner with editorial reviewer on quality and consistency before publication.
• Own compliance accountability for all content produced under this role.
• Partner with Commercial and Product Marketing to ensure content addresses real needs.
• Own the content production budget and vendor spend.
