Job summary

NeoGenomics seeks a Director, Market Presence & Influence to shape external market presence through an integrated strategy spanning brand, PR, and advocacy. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, coordinating to build a credible, differentiated market position in precision medicine and diagnostics.

You will manage executive visibility, press relations, and content strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing, communications, or PR experience
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience in a highly regulated industry with legal/compliance familiarity
• Direct experience managing press releases, media relations, and executive messaging
• Proven ability to build brand authority and executive visibility from the ground up

Responsibilities

• Own brand authority strategy for NeoGenomics, PR, earned media, executive visibility, and advocacy
• Lead PR agency relationships and earned media strategy for senior leadership
• Ensure brand and content meet healthcare marketing compliance standards
• Lead a team and align work into one cohesive market presence
• Set advocacy strategy and customer reference programs; translate into content strategy
• Oversee website brand and content strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Own budget for Market Presence and Influence and manage forecasting
