Job summary

ASU EdPlus seeks a Content Systems Coordinator to organize content across ASU Online and EdPlus platforms. You’ll publish, audit and govern content within Drupal and Guru, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all properties.

You’ll work with UX, marketing and operations to align source information and reflect updates across the web ecosystem. You’ll manage end-to-end content updates, maintain documentation, and help pilot AI-enabled tools to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in content publishing and content strategy or editorial support.
• Experience updating/publishing content in a CMS (Drupal a plus).
• Experience maintaining information in internal knowledge bases (e.g., Guru, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint).
• Strong proofreading/editing skills using a style guide.
• Familiarity with basic HTML and CMS code views; image prep for web publishing.
• Strong organizational skills; comfortable with trackers, spreadsheets and Jira/Airtable.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, metadata, taxonomy and WCAG accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Publish, update and maintain content across ASU Online and EdPlus properties using Drupal, following templates and styles.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases; keep program information and resources current and well‑structured.
• Collaborate with portfolio, UX, marketing, product and operations to ensure consistent content across properties.
• Own day-to-day CMS and knowledge-base updates from verification to completion.
• Apply tagging, metadata, taxonomy and template conventions to keep content structured and findable.
• Proofread and quality‑check content before publication for spelling, grammar and links.
• Support content audits by gathering data and documenting findings.
• Build and maintain content inventories and trackers to support migrations and updates.
• Maintain documentation of content processes and publishing procedures for clarity.
• Learn and pilot AI-assisted tools to improve content quality and efficiency.
