Job summary

ASU EdPlus seeks a detail-oriented Content Systems Coordinator to support content systems powering ASU Online and the EdPlus web ecosystem. You will publish, audit, and organize content across Drupal and Guru, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and well-structured information for AI use.

Hybrid in-person Scottsdale-office deployment, with collaboration across UX, marketing, and product teams. You will learn governance and AI-assisted tooling to enhance content quality and efficiency, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, English, journalism, information science or related field.
• Experience in content publishing, content strategy, communications, editorial support or a related area.
• Experience with updating and publishing content in a content management system (Drupal experience a plus).
• Demonstrated ability maintaining content in an internal knowledge base, wiki or documentation platform, or ability to organize information for AI clarity.
• Evidence of exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading and editing skills, including applying a style guide across high-volume content.
• Familiarity with basic HTML and comfort working in a CMS source view, including preparing images for web publishing.
• Strong organizational skills with trackers/spreadsheets and experience with Jira/Airtable.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, metadata, taxonomy and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional problem-solving skills and interest in AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Publish, update and maintain content across ASU Online and other EdPlus web properties using Drupal.
• Maintain content within Guru and other knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with portfolio, UX, marketing, product and operations to reflect updates across properties.
• Own day-to-day content update requests end-to-end and communicate status.
• Apply content governance standards: tagging, metadata, taxonomy and templates.
• Proofread and quality-check content before publication for accuracy and brand voice.
• Support scheduled content audits and document findings.
• Build and maintain content inventories and trackers for migrations and site updates.
• Document content processes and publishing procedures.
• Learn and pilot AI-assisted tools to improve quality and efficiency.
