Equiliem is seeking a Project Manager for Content Strategy & Programming in Miami, FL. The role coordinates content acquisition, distribution partner relationships, agreement workflows, asset delivery, and programming activities to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate will liaise between external distributors and internal teams, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management, content operations, or related work experience.
• Experience in media/entertainment, with content acquisition knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and external partners with precision.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with external content distributors as the primary contact.
• Support evaluation of content titles for acquisition based on priorities.
• Assist with negotiating deal terms and coordinating acquisition activities.
• Review content agreements and coordinate with Business Affairs and Legal for timely execution.
• Coordinate asset delivery and title scheduling across internal systems.
• Maintain accurate title information, schedules, and project tracking.
• Identify issues or delays and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple workflows simultaneously with accuracy and detail.
• Support additional content strategy, programming, and coordination tasks.
