Job summary

VCluster Labs seeks a Head of Content to own the content engine that drives engagement with AI infrastructure leaders. You’ll lead strategy, write, and orchestrate across Product Marketing, DevRel, and subject-matter experts to create a cohesive narrative powering campaigns, webinars, and flagship research.

You’ll partner with Demand Gen and field/ABM teams to translate core themes into a program that reaches technical buyers, with a remote-first culture and globally distributed team,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing with a track record of owning content strategy and an editorial calendar for technical products
• You write content that lands with technical buyers and can interview an engineer and turn it into a CTO-forward piece
• Measurably drove pipeline and supported demand gen, field or account-based programs
• Hands-on SEO experience with a point of view on AEO and generative search, fluent with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush
• Ability to use AI tools to research, draft and repurpose high-quality content while verifying technical claims

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Editorial Calendar: Own the content process from strategy to execution and map to campaigns
• Writing & Orchestration: Write high-impact content and direct contributions from multiple teams
• Search & AI Answer Engines: Build SEO and AEO practices to improve organic and AI referral traffic
• Thought Leadership Programs: Lead annual industry research, executive bylines and POVs
• Campaign & Pipeline Content: Partner with Demand Gen to deliver assets for programs, including webinars and customer stories
• Measurement: Set baselines and targets for organic, AI referral and conversion metrics and report impact on pipeline
