Job summary

vCluster Labs seeks a Head of Content to own the content engine, shaping strategy and execution across SEO, webinars, and flagship research. You will direct writers and collaborate with Product Marketing, DevRel, and Solutions Engineering to build cohesive narratives that reach technical leaders building AI infrastructure.

You’ll lead thought leadership and demand-gen aligned content programs, ensuring content quality and accuracy for GTM campaigns and executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing owning content strategy and editorial calendars.
• Ability to write and direct others’ writing, turning themes into programs.
• Experience driving content to influence pipeline and demand programs.
• Hands-on SEO/AEO experience and fluency with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Proficiency with AI tools to research, draft, and repurpose content.
• Ability to articulate infrastructure/tech themes to non-technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy and editorial calendar from strategy to execution.
• Write high-impact content and direct contributions from product marketing and other teams.
• Develop SEO and AI referral traffic strategies and priorities.
• Lead thought leadership programs including industry reports and executive bylines.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen and field/ABM teams to deliver assets and webinars.
• Set baselines and track organic, AI referral and pipeline metrics.
