Job summary

vCluster Labs seeks a Head of Content to build the content engine for AI cloud infrastructure. You’ll own strategy across buying stages, SEO/AI answer engine, and flagship thought leadership that defines the category, driving trials, demos and pipeline influence.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team including DevRel, Product Marketing, and external creators to deliver 2–3 SEO posts weekly, a monthly webinar, and multiple reference architectures annually, all while maintaining strict quality and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B content marketing with enterprise focus.
• Experience leading content strategy for technical products.
• Ability to ghostwrite for executives.
• Strong SEO, AEO, and AI-driven content production.
• Comfort with cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional calendars.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy across buying stages.
• Lead SEO and AI answer engine strategy.
• Ghostwrite for CEO/CTO and build executive narratives.
• Run a content calendar with DevRel and Product Marketing.
• Publish 2–3 SEO-led posts per week and 1 webinar per month.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for research, drafting and review.
• Measure content impact on pipeline and report progress.
• Deliver SEO/AEO audit within first 30 days.
