You will support the end-to-end content pipeline, including troubleshooting and learning related processes within Acquisition and Licensing teams. The role emphasizes careful handling of physical materials and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and document scanning.
• Familiarity with scanning image software like Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to lift and handle hardbound books.
• Comfort using a hydraulic cutter.
• Working knowledge of State and Federal CaseLaw is a plus for QA of scanned content.

Responsibilities

• Supports acquisition, processing, and QA of primary source legal content across digital products.
• Plays a key operational role in scanning services and troubleshooting in the content pipeline.
• Focuses on scanning print material and QA of newly created digital assets.
• Builds understanding of content, cataloguing, and processes to resolve production issues.
• May assist in learning upstream/downstream content processes with Acquisition and Licensing teams.
