• Support day-to-day quality and accuracy of digital content across online platforms.
• Perform daily content curation for written and audio content using SOPs and guidelines.
• Validate content and metadata for completeness and basic accuracy; apply corrections per guidelines.
• Identify and document content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools.
• Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues with context and evidence.
• Manage queues to meet throughput and SLA requirements.
• Follow information security and confidentiality requirements.
• Maintain high attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
• Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions, and training; apply feedback.
