Job summary

Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented content QA specialist to support daily quality assurance of digital content across online platforms. You will perform standardized curation and metadata validation under supervision, following client guidelines and SOPs.

The role requires bilingual fluency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow step-by-step processes. You will collaborate in team meetings and training, handling sensitive content when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a role that may involve exposure to content some may find sensitive or offensive.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day quality and accuracy of digital content across online platforms by completing standardized content curation and metadata validation tasks, following defined guidelines and checklists, and documenting issues for timely resolution under regular supervision.
• Perform daily content curation activities for written publications and audio content using established SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines.
• Validate content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy; apply straightforward corrections when explicitly covered by guidelines.
• Identify and document content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools using required templates and ticketing standards.
• Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues to the Team Lead/SME with clear context and supporting evidence.
• Manage assigned queues to meet defined throughput expectations and turnaround times/SLA requirements.
• Follow information security, confidentiality, and secure work environment requirements (where applicable).
• Maintain high attention to detail while completing repetitive or high-volume tasks.
• Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions, and required training; incorporate feedback to improve accuracy and consistency.

Experience
