Job summary

Quad is seeking a Content Services Production Coordinator in Wisconsin to assist with scheduling, tracking and troubleshooting of print materials. You will check content for accuracy, organize workflows, and communicate priorities to the team.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools. We offer comprehensive benefits and an equal opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check all content for accuracy and completeness.
• Material handling of print materials/proofs.
• Resolve all conflicts in client-supplied information.
• Organize incoming and outgoing work for production.
• Communicate priorities to team members and other departments.
• Monitor timelines to ensure work is produced within committed timeframes.
• Check all copy and images on proofs.
• Communicate any deviations to timing, costs, and workflow.
• Maintain and communicate daily status reports.
