The Princeton Review is seeking a Specialist, Content Operations to own the setup, configuration, and quality of products and content across our portfolio. You will manage intake to delivery, vendor deliverables, and apply AI tools to speed workflows.

You’ll work with product, editorial, and technology partners to implement requirements, test across environments, and maintain documentation while meeting SLAs. Based in New York or remote within the United States.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience.
• 3+ years in product operations, content operations, or a complex data systems role, preferably in education technology.
• Hands-on experience configuring content or product data in complex, homegrown systems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including advanced Excel and comfort with large data sets; SQL is a plus.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate data management and updates.
• Experience managing vendor partners or external resources, including setting expectations and reviewing deliverables.
• Ability to manage workload independently and prioritize competing requests with sound judgment.
• Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of front-end web development concepts (HTML/CSS).
• Experience with QA or testing across development, staging, and production environments.
• Experience with ticketing and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence) and writing clear process documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own setup, configuration, and maintenance of products and content across internal assessment, content management, and customer entitlement systems.
• Independently determine the right configuration or implementation approach for complex product and content requirements.
• Lead product setups, content updates, and system-wide changes, delivering accurately and on schedule against SLAs.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for assigned systems and product areas, advising partners on requirements implementation.
• Own testing and validation across development, staging, and production environments, including what to test and when to release.
• Verify content access, entitlements, and assessment configurations to catch issues before students see them.
• Independently diagnose and resolve complex content and product configuration issues, identifying root causes and fixes.
• Own ticket and request flows from intake through closure, prioritizing demands from multiple stakeholders.
• Own vendor deliverables, including defining task specs, quality expectations, and deadlines.
• Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
• Analyze recurring issues and design process improvements to reduce errors and turnaround time.
• Evaluate solutions and recommend system/workflow changes affecting functionality or experience.
• Apply AI tools and automation to accelerate content data setup and bulk updates.
• Create and maintain the team’s process documentation, runbooks, and checklists; train colleagues.
