The Princeton Review is seeking a Product/Content Operations Specialist to own setup, configuration, and maintenance of products and content across internal systems, ensuring timely access for students. You will lead QA across development, staging, and production environments, resolving complex issues, and manage ticket flows with Jira while driving process improvements using AI tools and automation.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in product operations or content operations, preferably in education technology.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, SQL experience a plus, and proficiency with AI tools for data management.
• Experience with QA/testing, ticketing tools like Jira, and front-end web development concepts (HTML/CSS).
