Job summary

ComResource, Inc. is seeking a Content Operations Lead to audit and optimize product content across DAM, PIM, and web platforms. You will identify outdated, duplicate, or missing information, coordinate remediation, and establish scalable governance with cross-functional teams.

You will leverage AI and automation to support content analysis, metadata enrichment, gap identification, and ongoing operations. Develop metrics to measure quality, remediation progress, and overall health of content

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in product content operations or digital commerce.
• Hands-on with DAM, PIM, and CMS platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional content initiatives with governance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Audit and optimize product content across DAM, PIM, and web platforms.
• Identify outdated, duplicate, incomplete, or missing content and coordinate remediation.
• Improve DAMPIM governance with standardized metadata, tagging, and lifecycle processes.
• Review and optimize product content on company website for accuracy and alignment with messaging.
• Coordinate content creation, enrichment, review, approval, and publication with Product Management and Marketing.
• Establish scalable content governance and workflows linking lifecycle stages with publishing requirements.
• Leverage AI and automation for content analysis, metadata generation, and data enrichment.
• Develop reporting and performance metrics to track quality, remediation, and health.
