Responsibilities

Audit and optimize product content across DAM, PIM, and web platforms.
Identify outdated, duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or missing content and coordinate remediation.
Improve DAM asset quality through metadata tagging, classification, naming, and lifecycle management.
Review and optimize product content on client website ensuring accuracy and alignment.
Coordinate content creation, enrichment, review, approval, and publication with cross-functional teams.
Establish scalable content governance and workflows connecting lifecycle to publishing requirements.
Leverage AI and automation for content classification, enrichment, and workflow automation.
Develop reporting to track content quality, remediation progress, and operational health.
