Job summary

United States Soccer Federation is seeking a Coordinator, Content Operations to support the production workflows across video, photography and post-production.

This role will help manage content intake, project timelines, metadata tagging and asset libraries, while coordinating across departments to ensure smooth delivery and archival of assets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in content operations, production coordination or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with DAM/MAM systems such as Iconik, PhotoShelter or similar platforms.
• Understanding of content production workflows across video, photography and digital media.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• General knowledge of soccer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Content Operations & Project Management: Support day-to-day management of content intake and project tracking, coordinate timelines and deliverables, maintain project trackers and production schedules, and collaborate across video, social, editorial, photography and strategy teams.
• Media Asset Management (MAM/DAM): Organize Iconik and PhotoShelter, assist with ingest, tagging, metadata entry, archival workflows, and maintain metadata standards.
• Production Logistics & Photography Operations: Assist with production logistics, vendor coordination, releases and clearances; coordinate photography assignments, shot lists and coverage schedules; support equipment coordination and freelancer communication.
