Job summary

U.S. Soccer is seeking a Coordinator, Content Operations to support workflows powering the Federation’s growing content ecosystem. This role manages content intake, project tracking, timelines and cross‑department collaboration across video, photography and post‑production teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented and ready to grow in a fast‑paced environment, supporting operations that drive high‑quality content production and archival across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content operations, production coordination or media management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with DAM/MAM systems such as Iconik or PhotoShelter.
• Understanding of content production workflows across video, photography and digital media.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• General knowledge of soccer and the ability to work in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Content Operations & Project Management: manage content intake, tracking workflows, timelines and production communication.
• Maintain project trackers, production schedules and calendars; coordinate with video, social, editorial, photography and strategy teams.
• Support media asset management: tagging, metadata entry, archival workflows and asset retrieval.
• Assist production logistics: scheduling, releases, clearances and coordination with freelancers and vendors.
• Help organize media libraries across Iconik and PhotoShelter and ensure accessibility for stakeholders.
