Job summary

You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate operational insights into decisive actions, leveraging enterprise AI integrations and scalable content operations. This role emphasizes governance, collaboration, and process excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading program management, content operations, or PMO in complex enterprises.
• Expertise in governance development, process optimization, and workflow management platforms like Workfront and Smartsheet.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and deliver operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree; PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, and intake models to accelerate end-to-end digital content delivery.
• Lead cross-functional planning cadences and operational reviews to align priorities and remove friction.
• Architect executive dashboards in Smartsheet and Workfront to boost visibility and decisions.
• Champion AI adoption and continuous improvement to improve scalability and agility.
