You will manage Wrike pipelines, coordinate across design, production, styling, and copywriting for digital and physical channels, and build scalable processes with AI-enabled tools to speed up

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in creative/marketing/production environments.
  • Extensive experience with enterprise project management tools (Wrike, Asana, etc.).
  • Fluency with AI tools and a track record of applying them to streamline workflows.
  • Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle brands or agency background preferred.
  • 4-year college degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee intake, organization, and execution of creative projects within Creative Services.
  • Manage Wrike project workflows; ensure briefs are fully developed and aligned with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across creative production, design, styling, and copywriting for digital and physical outputs.
  • Build and maintain resourcing plans, timelines, and adaptable workflows.
  • Ensure briefs stay aligned with approved concepts via ongoing checks.
  • Act as liaison among design, production, marketing functions, and leadership.
  • Communicate statuses, priorities, options, and implications to stakeholders.
  • Gather and relay project information for streamlined execution and status updates.
  • Maintain and organize the digital asset library with version control.
  • Lead asset review meetings with cross-functional partners and leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine processes and scale workflows; test new PM tools and AI systems.

Role Overview

The Content Operations Manager is a member of the Creative Services team responsible for overseeing the intake, organization, and execution of creative projects, ensuring timelines are accurately managed and assets are delivered seamlessly. Serving as the bridge between creative, marketing, and leadership teams, this role will streamline workflows and drive alignment through clear communication and strong project management.

  • Manage and optimize our Project Management system (Wrike), owning the intake and scoping of all creative brand projects, ensuring all creative briefs are fully-developed and comprehensively address the needs of every requesting department (e.g., paid media, CRM, social, retail) before they are assigned, tracked, approved and executed by stakeholders.
  • Creative Services Projects- serve multiple teams within the creative services team including creative production, graphic design, styling and copywriting with deliverables across digital channels and physical channels.
  • Build and maintain resourcing plans, timelines, and workflows that keep the team focused and on track — even as priorities and deadlines shift.
  • Check briefs against execution at every stage of the creative pipeline — from initial ideation through shotlist development to on-set execution — flagging any drift from the brief early and keeping deliverables aligned with what was approved.
  • Serve as the liaison between graphic design team, creative production, other marketing functions (e.g., paid media, CRM, social), and senior leadership—communicating project statuses, priorities, options and implications each step of the way.
  • Ensure the necessary project information is gathered and communicated to the responsible teams for streamlined execution, and share back regular status tracking on brief progress and completion to relevant stakeholders.
  • Own the maintenance of the digital asset library, ensuring all incoming and existing assets are accessible, organized, and version-controlled.
  • Organize, facilitate, and attend asset review meetings with cross-functional partners and senior leadership, in addition to managing creative feedback loops.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop scalable workflows, refine processes, and implement project management best practices tailored to our creative environment.
  • Continuously scout, test, and champion new project management tools and AI-powered systems, pitching adoption to leadership and building the workflows and training that get the team actually using them to automate manual work and speed up execution.
  • Support project owners with operational execution and approvals (e.g. vendor communications, budget tracking).
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and Education
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within a creative, marketing, or production environment
  • Extensive experience working with an enterprise-level project management tools (i.e. Wrike, Asana, etc.)
  • Fluency with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, AI-native PM platforms) and a track record of applying them to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve team efficiency
  • Prior experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle brands or agency background
  • Meticulous attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technically savvy and able to pick up new tools quickly
  • 4-year college degree from accredited institution
  • Working knowledge of production coordination and the ability to act as a liaison to create workback schedules for print projects
