Role Overview

The Accessories Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Accessories Product Development and Production teams, assisting with sample coordination, organization of materials and development information, and general support throughout the product development process.

  • Assist with receiving, logging, organizing, and shipping incoming and outgoing development samples and materials.
  • Help maintain the sample closet and material library, keeping samples, fabrics, trims, and approved materials organized and easy to locate.
  • Support the team with tracking and organizing fabric, trim, and material submissions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Create style numbers and assist with style set-up and maintenance in Style Manager.
  • Assist with basic data entry, WIP updates, filing, and other administrative tasks related to product development and production.
  • Provide general day-to-day support to the PD/Production team, including sample coordination and other tasks as needed.

Physical and Mental Requirements
