Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with digital asset management (DAM).
• Experience with digital signage, IPTV, media servers, or live event production.
• Familiarity with media formats, codecs, and quality control.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, validation, organization, ingestion, and deployment of digital assets from internal teams, Sphere Studios, external vendors, and clients.
• Assist in cataloging, archiving, taxonomy, and lifecycle of digital media assets.
• Program and schedule content across the Exosphere, Digital Signage network, IPTV, and venue display systems.
• Collaborate with Business Operations to ensure Run of Show documentation reflects programmed content and event requirements.
• Perform quality control checks to verify content integrity, technical compliance, and playback readiness.
• Conduct routine inspections of digital signage and display systems, identifying and escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting playback systems, display hardware, and associated operational workflows.
• Maintain detailed operational logs, documentation, and communications.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure successful execution of events and ongoing venue operations.
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines on-site.
