Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, digital media or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating projects and tracking deliverables across multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with content, digital marketing and customer experience.
• Interest in AI-enabled tools and content workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of content initiatives across digital channels.
• Assist with project management activities including timeline tracking and stakeholder updates.
• Organize content calendars, production workflows and team planning.
• Coordinate content requests across strategy, editorial, SEO, web, creative and marketing.
• Support content audits, inventories and governance initiatives.
• Gather and report content performance metrics and identify trends.
• Maintain documentation and operational resources.
• Monitor progress and raise risks or issues when needed.
• Support optimization and continuous improvement across digital properties.
• Assist with research, competitive analysis and stakeholder information gathering.
• Support innovation and pilot initiatives including AI-enabled workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and collaboration.
