Job summary

Wolters Kluwer - Financial Services Solutions is seeking a Content Management Analyst to support web content initiatives and align material with auditing standards. You will annotate Word documents, transform content into dynamic forms, and coordinate with teams while maintaining quality and accuracy.

You will apply AI tools to improve efficiency and contribute to evolving content processes, learning new systems and meeting tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Communications, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience in auditing, with a strong understanding of auditing methodologies, controls, and compliance requirements
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Adaptability and responsiveness to changing priorities and processes
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
• Ability to follow, maintain, and improve established processes and standards
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts and a willingness to learn and apply them in daily work

Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain our cloud-based audit software content through creation, proofreading, and coordination.
• Annotate and transform marked-up Word documents into dynamic forms for about 20 titles per year.
• Review and validate annotations produced by teammates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content processes and explore new AI-driven solutions.
• Learn quickly, adapt to new systems, and meet tight deadlines with high-quality output.
