Job summary

Moody's Investors Service is seeking a Communications Operations professional to support the editorial calendar and content processes from brief to distribution. You will maintain content series data, coordinate cross-team handoffs, and manage production trackers to ensure timely, accurate communications.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Editorial, Channel Strategy, design, and external partners, with exposure to AI-enabled workflow tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in communications, content operations, marketing operations, or related field.
• Familiarity with content-management systems (CMS) and enterprise tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage timelines and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Supports the editorial calendar and content operations processes from brief through distribution.
• Maintain accurate information for content series and campaigns, including timelines, reviewers, and channel requirements.
• Track content flow from brief to production, review, approval, and distribution; flag delays.
• Coordinate handoffs between Editorial, Channel Strategy, creative/design teams, and partners; escalate blockers.
• Maintain intake templates, briefing materials, and production trackers per established processes.
• Apply currency signals and content-management requirements; support content accuracy and remediation.
• Develop manager toolkits for major communications and ensure clear audience, priority, and action.
• Prepare calendar information to support coordination across internal and external channels and track amplification.
