Cisco is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to transform technical jargon into engaging, targeted content. You’ll craft case studies, blogs, and enablement assets, working across Cisco On Cisco and other programs. Strong writing, project management, and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

You’ll develop stories, interview SMEs, and ensure timely, accurate delivery while optimizing content for SEO and engagement. A growth mindset and adaptability are valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 0 years of work experience; or Bachelor's with 2 years; or apprenticeship/certification with 3 years; or high school with 4 years.
• Qualifying education/work experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Experience in content marketing, blogging, executive/internal communications, editorial work, or related tech fields.
• Strong writing/editing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Develop stories for Cisco on Cisco, aligned with content strategy.
• Interview technical SMEs and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Deliver 1–2 case studies quarterly; create blogs, slides, toolkits, videos.
• Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement with SMEs.
• Research topics/trends for relevant content; fact-check technical info.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality; support newsletters and cross-team outreach.
