You will craft blogs, case studies, white papers, and e-books, collaborating with experts across the company to ensure accuracy and impact. You will interview customers and internal teams, build content plans, and drive publishing workflows across time zones, leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and storytelling

Formación

• Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to translate technical topics for external audiences.
• Portfolio showing clear, quick writing for external audiences.
• Comfort working across time zones with global teams; this is a remote role.

Responsabilidades

• Research and pitch stories to support marketing campaigns and events.
• Interview customers and internal stakeholders.
• Write and edit blogs, case studies, magazine articles, e-books, and white papers for external audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal subject matter experts.
• Manage content workflow from approval to publication to meet deadlines.
• Create content marketing plans to support campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, media relations, and field teams to align messaging.
• Use AI to automate time-consuming tasks to craft compelling stories.
