Varicent is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead and grow its content function. You’ll manage a team of writers, set high standards for quality, and directly contribute through writing and editing, shaping our strategy and collaborating with Senior Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams.

You’ll own the content program from strategy to execution, optimizing for SEO, AI-powered discovery, and measurable business outcomes. Join a market-leading company shaping revenue optimization.

Competenze

• Exceptional writer with strong editing and leadership skills.
• Significant experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in enterprise SaaS or a complex B2B category.
• Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that support measurable goals.
• Experience coaching and developing writers or content marketers.
• Strong editorial judgment and a clear point of view on content value.
• Solid understanding of SEO and AI-powered search (AEO) implications.

• Own and execute Varicent’s content strategy across audiences, channels, and buyer journey stages.
• Lead and develop the content team, mentor writers, and manage editorial calendars.
