Columbus REALTORS® is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our communications team. You will craft content for member communications, maintain our website, and help manage brand messaging across channels.

This role emphasizes storytelling, timely member outreach, and collaboration with colleagues to drive participation and awareness. The role includes supporting social media campaigns and cross-department collaboration, with travel as needed and opportunities to contribute to

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or public relations preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and responsive to members and key stakeholders.
• High attention to detail.
• Past experience with content management systems and marketing CRMs is a plus.
• Eager to learn and stay informed on topics impacting real estate in central Ohio.
• Ability to translate data into engaging content across digital and multimedia channels.
• Some limited travel and attendance at Columbus REALTORS events are required.
• Ability to deliver information in new and innovative ways to increase engagement

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit content for the Columbus REALTORS email correspondence.
• Update and maintain the association website, columbusrealtors.com
• Assist departments and groups with messaging to ensure that communication aligns with the Columbus REALTORS brand.
• The ability to collaborate across departments and meet important deadlines is imperative.
• Author consistent topical submissions to the Columbus REALTORS website and the Association’s bi-monthly magazine, InContract.
• Serve as a staff liaison to one or more Columbus REALTORS committees, including the Columbus REALTORS Young Professionals Network.
• Assist the Marketing & Communications Manager with Columbus REALTORS social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, & Instagram).
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Some small-scale event planning and meeting preparation are expected.
