Job summary

Token Security is building an identity platform for agentic AI and is hiring a Content and SEO/Geo marketer to define how the market understands agentic AI security. You will own the content strategy and execute original long-form assets, repurposing them into digestible, bite-sized content to support demand-gen campaigns and amplify executive thought leadership.

This hands-on role requires strategic thinking and rapid execution.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Experience with SEO/AEO/GEO and content performance tools.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation, delivery, and measurement.
• Proven experience creating and repurposing content across multiple formats and channels.
• Familiarity with content-driven demand generation and funnel metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly in a startup environment.
• Preferred: background in cybersecurity, identity & access management, or cloud infrastructure.

Token Security is building the identity platform for agentic AI. We believe the cybersecurity industry is taking the wrong approach to securing AI agents. While most vendors focus on what AI agents say (prompt filtering and output guardrails), the real risk is what AI agents do. Identity is the only control plane that successfully secures and governs agentic AI. We discover every AI agent and non-human identity across the enterprise, enforce ownership, control access dynamically based on intent, and govern the full identity lifecycle. We're an early-stage, well-funded company creating a new category at the intersection of identity security and agentic AI. This is a defining moment in cybersecurity, and you\'ll help shape how the market thinks about it.

The Role

As our first Content and AEO/GEO/SEO Marketer, you will have the opportunity to build this function from the ground up, defining how the market understands agentic AI security, scaling our content engine, and turning a strong POV into pipeline.

You’ll own the content strategy and execution, including original long-form assets, repurposing them into digestible, bite-sized content, supporting demand-generation campaigns, and amplifying executive thought leadership.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can both think strategically and ship quickly. You should be able to operate AI-driven content workflows fluently.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation and Strategy

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with product marketing priorities and GTM campaigns to create supporting original content
• Translate technical concepts (e.g., intent-based least privilege for AI agents) into accessible, engaging narratives
• Build a strong company voice, from engaging to contrarian, to support building our category and POV

Content Repurposing and Distribution

• Break down long-form assets (eBooks, reports, whitepapers) into content such as:
• Infographics
• Social media posts (LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Email and ad campaigns
• Short-form and long-form videos
• Sales enablement materials
• Adapt messaging for different stages of the buyer journey, from awareness to consideration

Demand Generation Support

• Partner with demand gen to create campaign assets, landing pages, gated content, and nurture flows
• Continuously optimize content performance based on conversion data and engagement metrics, not just traffic

AEO/GEO/SEO Ownership

• Use the latest tools to take our answer engine and SEO program to the next level

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Support product launches with coordinated content plans across channels
• Incorporate customer insights, competitive positioning, and market trends into content

What We\u2019re Looking For

• 5–8+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
• Experience with SEO/AEO/GEO and content performance tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Profound, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation, delivery, and measurement
• Proven experience creating and repurposing content across multiple formats and channels
• Familiarity with content-driven demand generation and funnel metrics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly in a startup environment

Preferred

• Background in cybersecurity, identity & access management, agentic AI, or cloud infrastructure
• Experience with video content creation or scripting
