Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Content Management Analyst to support web content initiatives and transform marked-up Word documents into dynamic forms for our cloud-based audit software. You will help with content creation, proofreading, and basic project coordination, focusing on auditing principles and standards.

You will review annotations from teammates, ensure accuracy, and contribute to evolving content processes by using AI tools to boost efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Communications, or similar).
• Auditing experience with understanding of auditing methodologies, controls and compliance.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and processes.
• Proactive with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI concepts in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and transform content in marked-up Word documents into dynamic forms within designated titles.
• Review and validate annotations by other team members for accuracy and consistency.
• Support cloud-based audit software content, proofreading and basic coordination.
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and content quality while learning new systems.
